The karate training at the International College of Martial Arts is a progressive traditional blend of core values, modern training methods and effective self defence with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity – both with students and techniques.
Given the temperature was around 30°C and 75% humidity, the conditions were rather trying in themselves. The safety of all concerned was paramount and the grading panel kept a close eye on the participants and gave plenty of drink breaks.
